My office is located in New York City, on Manhattan's Upper West Side.  Office hours are by appointment only.  If you would like to speak to me directly, please call or email me.  If it seems like I am an appropriate resource for you, we can set up an appointment to meet in person.  If you decide to go ahead with the testing, the fee for that session will be applied to the comprehensive testing fee.  If you decide not to go forward at this time, you will only be responsible for the one session.

Fees for Psychological Evaluations:

I charge a flat fee for the comprehensive evaluation.  This includes all testing, one meeting before the testing to gather history and determine if testing is appropriate at this time, and one feedback session after the testing is completed.  If additional sessions beyond that would be helpful, you just pay for them individually.  At the time of the feedback session, you will receive a lengthy report (typically at least ten single spaced pages) detailing your child's results (see link to section on testing reports). 

You must pay half the fee at the time we schedule the first testing session; the second half of the fee is due when we meet for the feedback session.  I'm sorry, but I cannot accept credit cards--payment must be by cash or check.  I do not currently participate in any insurance plans, but at least some of the testing fees are typically reimbursable by your carrier.  I will give you a bill that you can submit to your carrier to get reimbursed according to your insurance plan's provisions.  Please note that very few insurance plans reimburse for the academic component of the testing process.
